These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of vegan, cruelty-free makeup products (including lipsticks, foundations, eyeshadow palettes, and related accessories, collectively “Products”) from Rarebeautiy (accessible at www.rarebeautiy.com, “Website”). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy (all available on the Website). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Placement & Acceptance

1.1 Order Submission

When you place an order on the Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed price (in USD, as specified in Section 3). All orders are subject to acceptance by Rarebeautiy, and we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Errors in Product pricing or description (e.g., typos, incorrect discounts on cruelty-free sets).
  • Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment information, unauthorized use of a payment method, duplicate orders with suspicious details).

1.2 Order Confirmation

Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided, acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order—acceptance occurs only when we send a shipping confirmation email (which includes tracking details, as outlined in Section 2). At that point, a binding contract between you and Rarebeautiy is formed for the purchase of the ordered Products.

2. Fulfillment & Delivery

2.1 Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day). Processing time includes verifying payment, inspecting vegan makeup products for quality (e.g., checking for intact packaging, confirming shade accuracy), and preparing items for shipment.
  • Delivery Time: After processing, Products are shipped to your designated address, with an estimated delivery time of 6–12 days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. This delivery timeline applies to all orders, regardless of your location.
  • Shipping Logistics: Rarebeautiy offers global free shipping for all orders—no minimum order value is required, and no additional shipping fees will be added at checkout or after order placement. We work with trusted global carriers (e.g., DHL, USPS, UPS, local postal services) to ensure timely delivery of your vegan, cruelty-free products. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your order’s delivery status. You are responsible for tracking your order and notifying us of any delivery issues (see Section 6 for details on addressing delivery problems).

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Currency & Pricing

All Product prices on the Website are displayed and charged exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). Prices include any applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax for orders shipped to U.S. states where Rarebeautiy has a tax obligation) unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to modify Product prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed via a shipping confirmation email.

3.2 Payment Methods

3.3 Payment Processing

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility & Period

You may return eligible Products for a refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions (aligned with health and hygiene standards for makeup products):
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (with all seals, labels, applicators, and free samples intact). For example, a vegan foundation must have its original plastic seal unbroken, and a lipstick must not be swatched or twisted up.
  • Products must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions (e.g., a pressed powder palette broken from dropping, a liquid lipstick contaminated by sharing).
  • Customized or personalized Products (e.g., engraved lipstick tubes, made-to-order vegan blush shades) are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect (as outlined in Section 4.3).

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:
  1. Email our customer service team at service@rarebeautiy.com with your order number, the reason for the return (e.g., “Wrong shade,” “Defective mascara wand”), and photos of the Product (if requesting a return for a defective or incorrect item).
  1. We will review your request within 24 business hours and send a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the Product.
  1. Ship the Product to the address provided in the RA email (we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery, as we cannot process refunds for lost return packages).
  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned Product (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange.

4.3 Refund Timing & Method

  • Refund Processing Time: After verifying the returned Product meets eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5–10 days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary by your bank or payment provider:
    • Digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay): 1–3 business days.
    • Credit/debit cards: 3–7 business days.
  • Exceptions: No restocking fees are charged for eligible returns, and global free shipping applies to exchanged items (we cover the cost of shipping the new Product to you).

5. Product Information & Availability

5.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of all vegan, cruelty-free Products on the Website, including ingredients (e.g., “Formulated with plant-based hyaluronic acid”), shade details (e.g., “Warm nude with peach undertones”), and usage tips (e.g., “Buildable coverage for a natural finish”). However, we do not guarantee that Product images or descriptions are 100% error-free—minor variations may occur, such as slight color differences due to screen resolution or batch-to-batch inconsistencies in natural ingredients.

5.2 Product Availability

Product availability is indicated on the Website (e.g., “In Stock,” “Out of Stock,” “Backorder”). We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, but occasionally, a Product may become unavailable after you place an order (e.g., a sudden surge in demand for a viral vegan lipstick). If this occurs, we will notify you via email within 2 business days and offer either:

6. Delivery Issues & Liability

6.1 Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives:
  • Missing: Contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, providing your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier and ship the missing Product(s) at no cost, or process a full refund if the Product is unavailable.
  • Damaged: Take photos of the damaged Product and packaging, then email them to service@rarebeautiy.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement Product for free or process a refund (per your preference).
  • Incorrect: Notify us within 3 days of delivery, including photos of the incorrect Product and your order confirmation. We will arrange for the incorrect Product to be returned (at our cost) and ship the correct Product, or process a full refund.

6.2 Rarebeautiy’s Liability

Rarebeautiy’s liability for any order-related issues (e.g., Product defects, delivery delays, order cancellations) is limited to:
  • Replacing the defective, damaged, or incorrect Product with a new vegan, cruelty-free Product of the same type.
  • Processing a full refund of the order cost (in USD).
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
  • Loss of use of the Product (e.g., missing a special event due to a delayed lipstick order).
  • Inconvenience due to delivery delays or return processes.
  • Costs incurred to return Products (unless the return is due to our error).

7. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on the Website to place orders, you are responsible for:
